ACT Parents demands action on school resourcing - add your voice for stronger public schools 

ACT public schools are under real pressure. Rising costs, staffing shortages and growing student need mean the current resourcing model is no longer keeping up. Schools are projected to overspend by almost $70 million this year. The ACT Government is reviewing how public schools are funded, and parent and carer voices are essential.

We are gathering feedback from families to inform our submission to the Public School System Resourcing Review. Parents and carers see firsthand what their child needs to thrive at school, so your perspective is essential. This is our opportunity to tell decision-makers what’s essential for a well-supported public education system.

We know it’s a busy time of year, so the survey is designed to be flexible:

• Only have 5 minutes? Complete the first section to share your top priorities.
• Have more time? Continue to the optional questions for deeper input.
  The whole survey takes no more than 10–15 minutes.
