It has been a privilege to work alongside so many dedicated parents, carers and school communities who care so deeply about the wellbeing and success of our children.

Over my term, I’ve been continually inspired by the passion and generosity of our P&Cs and volunteers.

Together we strengthened the parent voice, built stronger relationships with schools, and advocated for more inclusive, equitable learning environments across the ACT.

Thank you to everyone who contributed - big or small - to this work. Your efforts truly make a difference.

As I step aside, I do so with full confidence in the future of ACT Parents. Mahreen Ali brings warmth, integrity and a deep commitment to our community, and I know she will lead with heart.

Thank you again for the trust you have placed in me - it has been an honour.
